2. Curriculum
Design & Organization a) Curriculum

Support & Guidance a) Two Student advisors; one male & one female will be appointed to give guidance to
the students in their activities both curriculum & non-curriculum

5. Process
Control a) The faculty staff members were
found agreed to the procedures and processes set by the university
administration in consultation with the academic departments b) Students to be involvement in
discussion programs & students seminars on course work will be made as
part of the syllabi and scheduled in the Annual & Semester Plans. |

6. Faculty a) Out of 20 faculty members, 7 are
on leave. All faculty members are full time. b) 4 out of 20 faculty members are
PhD, while 7 on leave are registered in M.Phil/PhD c) The senior faculty members concern
about promotions which has affected their commitment level

a) The deficiency of
teachers will be covered if the maximum of 7 are back in the department b) The rest seven
will be motivated to get registration for M.Phil/PhD c) The issue to be
presented to the senior administration for consideration |

Institutional Facilities a) The University library has over 2,000 books of Bio-Chemistry while
the departmental library has also more than 2000 books. The process of having
additional latest books is in process. b) Internet facility & digital library & a higher number of
research journals facility provided by HEC d) Research
activities to be further strengthened |

increased and latest books have to be added in the departmental library &
also in main library. b) The internet facility
exists but to be extended to the computers that will be installed for teachers & students d) Research

Institutional Support a) Provision of reference &
course books, appointment of additional No. of teachers, relevant course
books & extension in facility of internet b) The department has 4 class rooms that are in-sufficient and lack of one conference hall for workshops & seminars c) Research funds are needed in order to have research activities
in the department . |
