2. Curriculum
Design & Organization a) Curriculum, a pre-requisite to introduce M.Phil classes b) Objective for each paper has not been defined c) Following

4. Student
Support & Guidance a) The
students lack guidance due to lack of student advisors. b) Teaching
assistants are needed in the department to give guidance to the students in
course work & assignments c) No planning

5. Process
Control a) The department
was found agreed to the procedures and processes set by the university
administration in consultation with the academic departments b) The
department is in disagreement with general criteria of BA/BSc
for admission in Master in CS but wants to have a specific eligibility
condition of BA/BS with computer science
c) The
existing rules and policies of annual system do not match the semester system

6. Faculty a) Out of 29
faculty members, there is only one professor and one associate professor. The
program team feels that there is lack of motivation and incentives. b) Teaching
staff are less flexible in teaching, sticking to one or two apapers. c) Lesser number of teachers in the department with planning ability,
updating courses with changing techniques and technologies of IT world |
