2. Curriculum Design & Organization

           

a) For M.A. & M.ED, the department is following the minimum requirement for its program syllabi & courses of the recommended by NCRC of HEC.

 

 

b) Semester System will be introduced for BS 4 years program

a) The faculty staff members were found agreed to the procedures and processes set by the university administration in consultation with the academic departments

 

b) Students to be involvement in discussion programs & students seminars on course work will be made as part of the syllabi and scheduled in the Annual & Semester Plans.

6. Faculty

 

a) All 13 faculty members are full time. Three faculty members are registered in PhD while, to enhance the faculty qualification, 10 faculty members have to be encouraged for M.Phil leading to PhD. Two out of 10 have already done M.Phil.

 

b) In case, there is difficulty in appointing full time faculty members, part time faculty needs to be hired   

 

 

 

 

c) Problems in promotion of senior faculty members have affected the commitment level. Such problems needs to be resolved   

 

 

 

a) Facilities will be provided to 8 teachers of the department to registers for M.Phil  

 

 

 

 

b) A plan of part time teachers will be presented to the administration of the institution provided, we fail to get full time teachers through advertisement 

 

c) The issue has been raised and will again be placed before the authorities
