Number of Seats

9.1       The Total number of seats in each program of study including all categories of reserved seats shall be 35(thirty five). The distribution of seats for each program is as under:

            M.Ed (Morning)           70 (Two Sections)

            M.A.Education 35

            M.Ed (Evening)            70 (Two Sections)

            B.Ed (Evening) 35

9.2                   Local and Domicile of Balochistan         Category ‘A’    3%

9.3       Personnel serving in Balochistan -          Category “B”

                        University employees / Nominees of AJk, Armed forces / northern areas / FATA and Federal School/ reserved seats for disabled.

9.4       Daughter/Son/Spouse of the employees of the University Category “C”            

                  Category C applicants will submit their application forms to the assistant Registrar  

                  (Student Affairs) by the due date attached with the required documents and an  

                  affidavits specimen of which is          Annex “A”

10.2                 Entry Test passed with 45% marks.

11.     Fee Structure

11.1     M.ED. / B.ED.

11.2.1 Additional Special Fee.

The students of B.Ed. and M.Ed. (Evening) Self-Finance programs shall pay a Special  Fee of Rs. 15000/- in addition to the above mentioned Fee.

11.2.2    Additional Examination Fee

Each student shall pay additional Examination Fee announced by the Controller          

of Examinations at the time of submitting Examination Forms.

11.3     M.A. Education

1^st Term (Payable at the time of admission)

4^th Term

After completing 4 Terms, the students shall pay the following Fees in order to repeat the Courses.

11.4     Additional Examination Fee

Each student shall pay additional Examination Fee announced by the Controller of Examinations at the time of submitting Examination Forms for each Term.

12.     Facilities in the Department

12.1     Departmental Library

The Department of Education has one departmental library containing 3000 Books and other reference and resource material for the students and teachers of the Department.

12.2     Computer Laboratory

The Department has a computer Laboratory with Fifteen (15) computers and Internet and Multimedia facilities for the students of the Department.

12.3     Science Laboratory

The Science Education Laboratory of the Department has essential equipment and apparatus for practical work in the Science subjects at secondary level.
