DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCES

  Introduction:

 The environmental Sciences is a multidisciplinary and applied program. This program is designed to provide a solid forum of learning and training and give awareness to the public in general life and also in their carrier. The courses are designed in the light of modern and advanced technological perspectives. To make this program interesting and applicable we already having linkages with expertise and the Institutions/Organizations and universities( LEAD, EPA, UNEP, PCSIR, NCRD etc.), where teams of highly qualified and experienced persons are involved teaching and research.

Environmental sciences is the application of all fields of natural sciences towards solving environmental problems i.e., biology, chemistry, geology and geography (GIS,R. sensing).

Environmental Sciences program is well equipped with latest recorders, analyzers and advanced tools for sampling etc.
