Master's Degree program
covers two years. It is compulsory that an admission seeker is
possessing B.A. / B.Sc. degree with Geography as one of the elective
subjects. The allocated seats are 40 in each class. List of courses

Thesis/ Field Report
Students apply the
knowledge they have achieved in the course of Field Techniques to write
either individual research thesis or group field reports. The objective
is to produce a human resource skillful in making observations and
seeking solutions to problems through scientific means.
B.S. Programme
This department has
strong intensions to start the BS programme of studies in Applied
Geography as per instructions of the Higher Education Commission. In
this connection, PC-I has already been submitted to the
Vice-Chancellor's Secretariat in 2004.
