Program of Study:

All the candidates
seeking admission in Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D Five Years Self Supporting
Evening Program) Session 2012-17 are hereby informed that they must have passed
their F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) in Annual-2012 Annual/Bi-2011, Annual/Bi-2010, are eligible for admission.
2.
All the
candidates seeking admission in Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D One Year Condense
Course Evening Program) Session 2012-13 are hereby informed that they must have
passed their B-Pharmacy from University of Balochistan, are eligible for
admission.
THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED:
1. Four latest
passport size photographs.
2. Three
attested photocopies of provisional certificates/DMC of the qualifying
examinations.
3. Three
attested photocopies of Matric Certificate
4. Three
attested photocopies of Local/Domicile certificate.
5. Three
attested photocopies of CNIC (each) of the applicants and their father’s
/guardian’s.
6. Three
attested photocopies of character certificate from head o the institution last
attended.
7. Affidavit
(in original) from Magistrate 1st Class to the effect that you will
not indulge in any kind of political activities during studies in the university.
8. Three
photocopies of DMC of B-Pharmacy of each Professional (for condense program only).
