There are 2 PhDs and one M.Phil faculty members in the department.

Dr. Yasmin Zahra Jafri completed her PhD in July 2007 under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Lala Rukh Kamal from University of Baluchistan Quetta. Her thesis title was ‘Recent Trends in Time Series Modelling and Prediction of Wind Data: Statistical and Fuzzy Reasoning Approach’.

Dr. Farhat Iqbal completed PhD on ‘Contributions to Conditional Heteroscedastic Models: M-estimation and other methods.’ from Lancaster University, UK under the supervision of Dr. Kanchan Mukherjee in January, 2010.

Mr. Haider Shah has completed his M.Phil studies. His PhD is under progress.

Three faculty members, Mr. Sohail Akram, Mr. Muhammad Ashraf and Mr. Ghulam Murtaza are currently at the Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok for MS.
